Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. Clients are also not permitted to use my work for AI generation or anything of the sort. You will be blacklisted and other artists will be warned of your actions.

As the artist, I reserve the right to post one or all versions I create and use the full unwatermarked commission image as I see fit, whether it be for tutorial purposes, portfolio, advertisement, practice, usage in art packs, prints, etc.

My artwork may NOT be used in any AI/Machine learning or blockchain-related technology; including NFTs, cryptocurrency, web3, or any future inventions in the those spaces. Should these terms be breached I will, in such cases, exercise my rights as the image creator/copyright holder to have such infringements removed under violation of my TOS. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Do not send me money before I have confirmed your commission.

All Payments are made in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payment plans can be discussed for larger commissions, otherwise payment is required upfront and in full.

Once I accept your commission, I will either forward you my Ko-fi for payment or if preferred I will send you an invoice via Paypal.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission regardless of progress if I feel I cannot complete it or I become uncomfortable with the client.

I greatly prefer Discord or Telegram to communicate as it's quick and efficient. Twitter is the runner up though replies may be slow given how I do not always get notified of replies. So keep that in mind.

Please use the form of contact you are easiest to reach. Taking days to reply may cause issues with your commissions completion.

Don't use my contacts as a way to force your way into my friendgroup. I'm not great with small talk and find friends easier with talking over time.

You do not have permission to alter the image in any way or have someone alter the image for you. If you notice a mistake was made, notify me first and I will fix it the best I can.

You may use your piece to advertise yourself/character.

You may not use your piece for profitable commercial use without my permission.

Please save any and all files you are given. You are always welcome to ask me for them again if you happen to lose them.

Your commission's timeframe varies 1 week to 2 months dependent on content and queue size.

If you are farther down in my queue, your piece could take longer. More complicated pieces or large image sets may also take longer or be divided into more digestible workloads to make it easier to manage. I will do my best to keep in contact and let you know of any changes in my schedule or events that may affect your commission.

WIPs will be provided when available but the client may ask at any time.

All owners of the characters being presented in the image must agree to the commission purchased. Exceptions will be made for gifts/surprise commissions.

Characters must be in line with my 'Will & Won't Draw' list, see below.

If the commission is a surprise gift for a friend or partner, please let me know ahead of time so I can keep discretion.

I may deny your commission if I find or suspect you to be abusing the gift exception or feel that the subject matter may be concerning in some way.
